Pricing FAQ
Are the prices all-inclusive?
Yes — the package price covers exclusive use of the full 26-acre property, all listed furnishings and equipment, and on-site lodging for overnight packages. The only add-on is additional chairs at $4 each beyond the included 75.
How does the deposit work?
A deposit is required to secure your date. You can pay it securely online right from this page. The balance is due before your event date. Contact us at [email protected] with any questions.
Can we bring our own caterer?
Absolutely. The Ranch features a fully equipped chef kitchen on-site. You are welcome to bring your own caterer or we can provide recommendations.
Is there a guest count limit?
The Ranch can accommodate up to 150 guests for events. On-site overnight lodging sleeps 16+ in the Main Estate plus 2 in the Garden Cottage.
